Source and identify local NGOs/CBOs which have a need.
As part of this, we carry out a rigorous due diligence process to ensure it aligns, and there is potential to create value and maintain a sustainable operation.
Once we have found a local NGO, CBO, or community group, we begin working with them on their needs.
After this, we will seek to sign an agreement to manage and deliver a project on their behalf and agreed legacy plan.
We plan the development with the intent to create value to the local community and meet needs of the partner organization.
Part of this involves finding ways to help local community members benefit from the development in the short and long-term.
As the plan begins to be implemented, the integration of the development into the local community becomes real.
Our aim is to use sustainable methods and practices throughout development and operation.
Our model aims to empower the NGO, CBO, or community group throughout the entire process.
In the final phase BCP gives complete autonomy and responsibility of the development to the partner organization.
The goal of every NGO is to become unnecessary because of the strength of the community's involvement. Within this stage we celebrate their efforts and share their story with the world as much as we can.
