OUR TEAM
At the heart of Branches Community Projects is a collective of adventurous individuals united by a shared belief: a better, more sustainable world is possible when we work at the grassroots level.
We’re driven by purpose and possibility. We partner with local organizations to build projects that are sustainable, rooted in culture, and genuinely led by the community.
We bring experience across architecture, construction, project management, technology, and storytelling, but more importantly, we bring curiosity. We ask questions, we listen, and we learn as we go. We stay open to better ways of doing things.
At the core of it all, we are trying to build a world where everyone has access to safe, dignified spaces to learn and grow, no matter where they come from.

MICHAEL FALLA AND SAWYER FRANZ
MANAGING DIRECTORS & Co-Founders
Michael brings over a decade of experience delivering major infrastructure projects. With a Master’s in Sustainable Futures and a strong drive to give back, he co-founded Branches Community Projects to deliver dignified, community led infrastructure where it is needed most.
Before co-founding Branches Community Projects, Sawyer worked in complex environments where adaptability, structure, and trust were essential. Whether it is infrastructure, education, or economic empowerment, the approach is consistent: stay steady, think long term, and be intentional with every decision.
